Chip Caldwell, FACHE
- Greg Butler , as Executive
Vice President, oversees introduction of Caldwell Associates' innovative
proprietary methods like Rapid Cycle Testing, EXCELerator Internet-based
manager accountability tracking system and Ideas Database, a compilation
of over 10,000 ideas successfully implemented by client managers over
the past five years. He also serves as senior leader coach, utilizing

a senior leader coach and manager Cost of Quality recovery expert,
utilizing lean Quality Waste, SIPOC, and other leading methods. John
specializes in Cost of Quality recovery in both large systems and
standalone small or rural facilities, having previously served as
VP of a rural hospital company. As a former CEO, Scripps Chula Vista
Hospital, John is uniquely qualified to assure quantum improvement
within organizations of all missions, sizes, and past abilities to
reduce cost or throughput.

Lynne Sisak, RN, a
Lean-Six Sigma Master Black Belt, manages the apprenticing and training

with a specific concentration in health care, Frank has a proven track

- Wanda Gibbons, MSN, FACHE,
is a certfied Lean-Six Sigma Black Belt with extensive experience
in "Big Q" strategic processes like ED-Bed Management and
2pm Discharge/ 60-minute to Next Patient Admission. As a former Chief
Nurse Executive in a large Florida hospital, Wanda is uniquely qualified
to speak the language of nursing and drive acceptance of "In
